Brewing instructions

Brewing Instructions: You can use a ceramic covered bowl or a purple clay teapot to brew. The recommended tea-water ratio is 1:25. The water temperature should be kept above 95 degrees during the entire brewing process. After the water boils, the first and second flushes are used to clean the impurities on the surface of the tea leaves and wake up the tea leaves. After the third flush, you can officially taste the tea. Please wait 20 seconds after each flush before pouring the tea. The retention time can be adjusted according to personal preference.
In order to give you a better tea tasting experience, we recommend that you use purified water for brewing, and do not use tap water or mineral water directly.

Anji Bai, an exceptional tea! Among green teas, this is my favorite! After brewing, the color in the cup is very light, and when you sip, it has a honeyed aftertaste, very sweet, that lingers in the mouth.

This oolong tea is really lovely

This oolong tea is really lovely. It's slightly sweet, and light. It's not bitter, (unless you steep it too long). It's quickly becoming one of my favorites!

Silky and rich, yet light enough for afternoon sipping

This tea is a delight. It has a silky full texture, rich in round flavors of chestnuts, honey and caramel. Brewed for 4 minutes and it has no bitterness, just that little bit of sweetness to keep you sipping and enjoying. As others have mentioned, the taste lingers and you are happy for it.

The tea was floral and bright with a slight nutty aroma and a looong aftertaste. Very nice to enjoy in a slow gong fu cha session. I brewed it up to 7 times but I think I could brew even more.
