Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea, with the oxidation process playing a crucial role in developing its unique flavors and aromas. It is also one of the six traditional Chinese tea types. Oolong tea has a variety of varieties and is a unique tea variety in China. In terms of quality characteristics, Oolong tea has a thick and tight appearance and a dark brown and oily color. Oolong tea has a natural floral and fruity aroma and the characteristics of “green leaves with red edges”. It has the fragrance of green tea and the mellow taste of black tea. The main varieties of Chinese Oolong tea include Dancong tea (produced in Chaozhou City, China), Tieguanyin (produced in Anxi County, China), Dahongpao and Wuyi Rock Tea (produced in Wuyishan City, China). Among them, our website’s main product, Dancong tea, is the most precious in the Oolong tea series and is a rare variety in Oolong tea.

Phoenix（fenghuang） Dancong tea is a rare variety of oolong tea. It is produced in Phoenix（fenghuang） Mountain, 1,400 meters above sea level in Chaozhou City, China. It is a semi-fermented tea, a natural floral tea brewed by hand using traditional Chinese techniques. It is known as the perfume of tea and the noble of tea. It has the characteristics of natural floral fragrance, mellow taste, sweet and strong taste, and can be brewed for a long time. There are nearly 100 flavors of Phoenix（fenghuang） Dancong tea.
