Brewing instructions

New Pu'er is suitable for tea with a covered bowl, because it can better show the aroma of tea leaves; while old Pu'er is more suitable for purple clay teapots, the fragrance gathering and heat preservation properties of purple clay teapots help improve the taste of tea soup.
New Pu'er can use 95-degree water. Too high water temperature will cause the tea leaves to lose their bitterness too quickly and reduce the flavor of the tea; while old Pu'er needs 100-degree boiling water to awaken its flavor and ensure that the contents in the tea leaves are fully analyzed.
Pour hot water, cover the pot lid and let it sit for a few seconds (usually 3 to 10 seconds), then pour out the tea soup, and the awakening process is completed.
When brewing, pour water at a fixed point and low, so that the tea soup is softer. It is recommended to control the initial brewing time within 10-20 seconds, and then adjust it according to personal taste preferences.
In order to give you a better tea tasting experience, we recommend that you use purified water for brewing, and do not use tap water or mineral water directly.
