Tasting notes

‌Appearance and taste‌: Biluochun tea leaves are tightly packed, with white hairs showing, silver-green in color, and curled into a spiral. After brewing, white clouds roll in the cup, the fragrance is refreshing, the soup is clear and green, the taste is elegant, and it lasts for a long time, with a quick sweet taste.

Brewing instructions

1. Prepare a glass cup of about 200ml (tea-water ratio of about 1:50), pour in boiling water at about 80℃, and add about 4 grams of tea leaves. 2. Wait for the tea leaves to slowly sink one by one. 3. The tea leaves slowly stretch in the teacup and float up and down. 4. Wait for the tea leaves to float up, the soup color is bright green, and the tea leaves can be tasted after they are dissolved in the tea soup. Wait for the tea leaves to sink one by one, and slowly appreciate their graceful posture. The tea leaves gradually stretch in the cup, one flag and one cannon, sinking and floating up and down, the soup color is bright green, and lifelike. Applicable tea sets: ceramic lids, bowls, and glass.
