Brewing instructions

Matcha can be enjoyed in a variety of ways—traditionally, it's mixed into tea, or added to lattes or smoothies. Matcha powder is also widely used in desserts like cakes, cookies, and ice cream, adding a rich green color and unique flavor. You can also make your own iced matcha at home.
Here's how to make iced matcha (cold brew):
Matcha powder: approximately 3g (1 level teaspoon); cold water: approximately 100ml.
Steps:
1. Combine the matcha powder and cold water in a shaker or cup.
2. Shake or stir thoroughly until completely dissolved and lightly foamy.
3. Enjoy plain or with ice and milk for a refreshing, smooth taste.
Note: For a stronger or larger serving, mix 5g of matcha powder with approximately 100ml of water, or 10g of matcha powder with approximately 200ml of water. Adjust the amount of matcha and water to suit your taste.

Origin and production process

A robust smoky flavor with hints of sweetness that taste like Autumn. Rich in flavor and color, I enjoy Zhongshan Xiaozhong Black Tea with breakfast as it goes nicely with anything from grits or oatmeal to pancakes and waffles!

Anji Bai, an exceptional tea! Among green teas, this is my favorite! After brewing, the color in the cup is very light, and when you sip, it has a honeyed aftertaste, very sweet, that lingers in the mouth.

This oolong tea is really lovely. It's slightly sweet, and light. It's not bitter, (unless you steep it too long). It's quickly becoming one of my favorites!

This tea is a delight. It has a silky full texture, rich in round flavors of chestnuts, honey and caramel. Brewed for 4 minutes and it has no bitterness, just that little bit of sweetness to keep you sipping and enjoying. As others have mentioned, the taste lingers and you are happy for it.
