Brewing instructions

According to the ratio of 1:50, measure an appropriate amount of tea leaves and put them into a teacup.
Pour an appropriate amount of boiling water at about 85-90 degrees into the teacup.
Generally, soak for 30 seconds to 1 minute before drinking.
As the number of soaking increases, the soaking time can be appropriately extended, but it should be avoided that it will become bitter due to being soaked too long.In order to give you a better tea tasting experience, we recommend that you use purified water for brewing, and do not use tap water or mineral water directly.

Tasting notes

The yellow tea is picked in mid-April. Two leaves and one bud are selected. After five times of wet-steaming and five times of drying, the tea soup is sweeter and fuller. The color of the dry tea is brown with green or dark brown and curly, with a strong aroma, as if you can smell the sweet fragrance of chestnuts. After brewing, the tea soup is sweet and full, and the taste is sweet and refreshing. The bottom of the cup also exudes a sweet fragrance similar to boiled pear water with floral fragrance, which makes people have endless aftertaste.
