Brewing instructions

Use 6-8 g of tea per brew, tea-to-water ratio approximately 1:15.
Boil fresh water, rinse the leaves twice (just quick rinses) to remove dust and open up the flavor. Subsequent infusions: start sipping from the third cup, with brew times of around 3-4 seconds(adjust to taste).
Maintain water temp above 95 ℃ (203 F) throughout. Best results with a ceramic gaiwan or a purple clay teapot.
Tip: Use purified or filtered wateravoid strongly chlorinated tap water.

Baking method: The first tea is baked in an electric furnace for more than 12 hours, and after subsequent fine processing, it is hand-selected and then baked twice in a charcoal furnace.
