The aroma of premium Luzhou-flavor Tieguanyin is pure, with special aromas such as caramel and fried rice, which is formed by the traditional semi-fermentation and high-temperature baking process. This aroma is not only strong, but also long-lasting, leaving people with endless aftertaste.

Brewing instructions

Brewing Instructions: You can use a ceramic covered bowl or a purple clay teapot to brew. The recommended tea-water ratio is 1:15. The water temperature should be kept above 95 degrees during the entire brewing process. After the water boils, the first and second pours of water are used to clean the impurities on the surface of the tea leaves and wake up the tea leaves. After the third pour, you can officially taste the tea. Please wait 3-4 seconds after each pour before pouring out the tea. The retention time can be adjusted according to personal preference. Applicable tea sets: ceramic covered bowls, purple clay teapots.

Origin and production process

The premium strong-flavor Tieguanyin is made using a traditional semi-fermentation process, and then roasted at a higher temperature to completely remove the water in the tea leaves. The string is slightly lighter, but the aroma is purer and the taste is more mellow‌. This high-precision baking process not only enhances the aroma and taste of the tea, but also makes it more resistant to brewing and has better preservation.
