All orders are shipped from Chaozhou, China within 3 business days after the order is placed. After customs clearance at the customs clearance place in China, the package will wait for international flights to the destination country. After the package arrives at the customs facility in your country, it will be forwarded by UPS, DHL or a local freight company in the destination country. We will provide you with a tracking number and add it to your order details so that you can easily monitor your shipment. If you find that the express track is not updated, please don't worry. We gladly accept returns for unopened tea and unused teaware within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. While customers are responsible for return shipping costs, we cover shipping for items that are damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented by providing a prepaid shipping label.
