Brewing instructions

Brewing Instructions: We recommend adding 6 to 8 grams of tea leaves per brew. Use a ceramic covered bowl or a purple clay teapot, using a recommended tea-to-water ratio of 1:15. Maintain the water temperature above 95°C throughout the brewing process. Once the water boils, the first and second pours of water are used to cleanse the tea leaves of impurities and awaken them. After the third pour, you can enjoy the tea. After each pour, wait 3-4 seconds before pouring the tea. This hold time can be adjusted to suit your preference. In order to give you a better tea tasting experience, we recommend that you use purified water for brewing, and do not use tap water or mineral water directly.
