Tasting notes

The aroma is long-lasting, with a fresh floral or orchid aroma, and the aroma is high and elegant. The taste is pure, sweet and fresh, with obvious rhythm, the tea soup is smooth and sweet, and the aftertaste is long.

Brewing instructions

Brewing Instructions: You can use a ceramic covered bowl or a purple clay teapot to brew. The recommended tea-water ratio is 1:15. The water temperature should be kept above 95 degrees during the entire brewing process. After the water boils, the first and second pours of water are used to clean the impurities on the surface of the tea leaves and wake up the tea leaves. After the third pour, you can officially taste the tea. Please wait 3-4 seconds after each pour before pouring out the tea. The retention time can be adjusted according to personal preference. Applicable tea sets: ceramic covered bowls, purple clay teapots.

Origin and production process

The method of light shaking, thin spreading and long drying is used for making Qingxiang Tieguanyin, which makes its fermentation degree lower and belongs to the light fermentation type. This light fermentation process retains most of the natural ingredients in the tea, so that the tea can show a fresh and refreshing taste after brewing. In terms of roasting, Qingxiang Tieguanyin uses a medium-low temperature of 50-70℃ for slow roasting. This low-temperature roasting method helps to further volatilize the grassy smell in the tea, while retaining the moisture and aroma in the tea, so that the tea can show the characteristics of clear soup, green water, high fragrance and pure taste after brewing.

Return and refund policy
