Dofo Tea's Philosophy

We Choose Loose Leaf Tea, Always

We never use tea bags because we believe nothing should stand between you and the true character of exceptional tea.

Loose leaves have room to fully expand, releasing their complete flavor, aroma, and natural richness. Watching the leaves gradually unfold is also part of the experience—a small ritual that connects you to the tea and the centuries-old traditions behind it.

It may take a little extra time, but we believe the finest Chinese teas are worth slowing down for.

In today's world of rapid development everywhere, everyone rushes through life. You might as well slow your pace, calm your mind, and use our Gongfu brewing method to craft a cup of high-quality Chinese tea that steadies your breathing. This is all something worth taking the time to experience.

Gongfu Brewing Guide

Here’s our suggested brewing method—you can adjust the tea amount, water volume, temperature, and steeping time to suit your personal taste. For the best experience, we recommend using purified water rather than tap or mineral water. Beginners can start with a regular or simplified brewing method, and if you’re interested in exploring our traditional Gongfu brewing technique, feel free to contact our customer service to book a one-on-one online brewing session.

Product information

Product name:Green Mandarin Pu-erh Tea (Xiao Qing Gan)
Brand name: DOFO
Product introduction: Xiaoqinggan is not a single tea in the traditional sense. It is actually a new type of drink that combines citrus and tea. It is made by combining citrus peel with a variety of teas such as Pu'er tea or white tea. This innovative combination makes Xiaoqinggan unique in taste, aroma and efficacy, and has become a clear stream in the tea industry.
The production process of this tea first requires the use of fresh, disease-free citrus fruits, hollowing out the flesh, and leaving the peel as a container. Then put the Pu'er tea into the peel, and after careful kneading and compacting, the tea leaves and the peel are tightly combined. Finally, the Xiaoqinggan filled with tea leaves is placed in a cool and ventilated place to dry naturally until the surface of the peel presents a golden luster.
