Brewing instructions

Brewing Guide Recommended tea set: covered bowl or porcelain pot Amount of tea: 3-5 grams (about one level spoon) Water temperature: about 90–100°C (194–212°F) First brew: quickly rinse the tea (about 5 seconds) and then pour it out Formal brewing: 1st–3rd brew: 5–10 seconds 4th–6th brew: 15–20 seconds 7th and later brews: appropriately extend the time Number of brews: 6–8 times, with distinct flavor levels.In order to give you a better tea tasting experience, we recommend that you use purified water for brewing, and do not use tap water or mineral water directly.

Product Introduction:Jin Jun Mei was created by Zhengshantang in 2005. It originated from Tongmuguan, Wuyi, and pioneered a new process for refining single buds of black tea. The dry tea is golden and brown, covered with fine golden hairs, the soup is golden and translucent, the honey fragrance is rich and long, the taste is sweet and fresh, the tea is mild, and the brewing resistance is high. It has both the sweetness of black tea and the rocky charm of rock tea, and is known as the "new noble black tea".
