Brewing instructions

You can use a ceramic covered bowl or a purple clay teapot to brew tea. The recommended ratio of tea to water is 1:25. The water temperature should be kept above 95 degrees during the entire brewing process. After the water boils, the first and second rinses are used to clean the impurities on the surface of the tea leaves and wake up the tea leaves. After the third rinse, you can officially taste the tea. Please wait 20 seconds after each rinse before pouring the tea. The tea retention time can be adjusted according to personal preference.
