Brewing instructions

Amount of tea: Take one piece of tea cake at a time Water temperature: use hot water of about 85℃~90℃ to avoid destroying the tea and flower fragrance.
Brewing time: About 1~2 minutes for the first time The brewing time can be appropriately extended each time afterwards
Number of brewing: It can be brewed 3~5 times, and the flower fragrance and tea flavor can still be retained.
Tea set suggestion: It is recommended to use a glass cup or white porcelain cup to facilitate viewing of tea soup and flowers.In order to give you a better tea tasting experience, we recommend that you use purified water for brewing, and do not use tap water or mineral water directly.

Chrysanthemum White Tea combines the sweet and soft white tea with the fragrant and elegant chrysanthemum. It not only retains the naturalness and sweetness of the original leaves of white tea, but also incorporates the fragrance of chrysanthemum.

Ingredients and content range

Tea polyphenols: 20%–30% (dry weight, depending on the tea base used)
Caffeine: 2%–4% (dry weight)
Amino acids: 3%–5% (theanine is the main component)
Vitamin C: 80–200 mg/100g dry tea
Soluble sugars: 3%–5% (primarily fructose and glucose)
Aromatic compounds: 0.5%–1% (derived from floral aroma compounds, such as linalool and methyl jasmone)

Origin and production process

Selected Jiangxi Wuyuan Royal Chrysanthemum and Fujian Fuzhou Old White Tea After the white tea base is withered, it is scented three times with Huangshan tribute chrysanthemum at a ratio of 1:0.4 (temperature controlled at 23-26℃), baked at low temperature to set the shape, and the petals are sieved to make the tea soup sweet and mellow with the fresh fragrance of chrysanthemum.
