Zhengshan Xiaozhong is the originator of the world's black tea. It is produced in the Tongmuguan area of ​​Xingcun Town, Wuyishan City, Fujian Province, China, so it is also called "Tongmuguan Xiaozhong". The geographical environment here is unique, with high mountains and deep valleys, severe cold climate, abundant annual precipitation, and high relative humidity, which provide unique conditions for the growth of tea trees. In the name of Zhengshan Xiaozhong, "Zhengshan" refers to Tongmu and the tea leaves with the same altitude, the same region, the same traditional craftsmanship, the same quality, and the unique taste of longan soup, which means authentic; "Xiaozhong" refers to the tea tree variety is a small leaf variety, and the origin and output are limited by the microclimate of the region. Zhengshan Xiaozhong black tea has a plump appearance, dark color, and a thick red soup after soaking in water. The aroma is high and long with pine smoke, and the taste is mellow with the taste of longan soup. Its production process is very sophisticated, including picking, withering, rolling, fermentation, fumigation and roasting. Among them, the fumigation and roasting process is particularly critical, which gives the tea a unique pine smoke aroma.
