Brewing instructions

It can be brewed with a ceramic covered bowl or a purple clay teapot. The recommended tea-water ratio is 1:25. The water temperature should be kept above 95 degrees during the entire brewing process. After the water boils, the first and second flushes are used to clean the impurities on the surface of the tea leaves and wake up the tea leaves.
