Brewing instructions

Brewing Instructions: You can use a ceramic covered bowl or a purple clay teapot to brew. The recommended tea-water ratio is 1:25. The water temperature should be kept above 95 degrees during the entire brewing process. After the water boils, the first and second flushes are used to clean the impurities on the surface of the tea leaves and wake up the tea leaves. After the third flush, you can officially taste the tea. Please wait 20 seconds after each flush before pouring the tea. The retention time can be adjusted according to personal preference. In order to give you a better tea tasting experience, we recommend that you use purified water for brewing, and do not use tap water or mineral water directly.
