Brewing Guide Recommended teaware: covered bowl or porcelain pot Amount of tea: 3-5 grams (about one level spoon) Water temperature: about 90–100°C (194–212°F) First brew: quickly rinse the tea (about 5 seconds) and then pour it out Formal brewing: 1st–3rd brew: 5–10 seconds 4th–6th brew: 15–20 seconds 7th and later brews: appropriately extend the time Number of brews: can be brewed 6–8 times, with distinct flavor levels.In order to give you a better tea tasting experience, we recommend that you use purified water for brewing, and do not use tap water or mineral water directly.

Product Introduction:‌Feizixiao black tea is inspired by the story of a concubine in the Tang Dynasty who loved lychees. It is made of single-cluster buds combined with a baking process. The dry tea is dark brown, tight and curved with golden tips, and the tea soup is amber and clear. The aroma of lychee honey and orchids are intertwined. The taste is sweet and mellow, and the tea is warm and stomach-protecting. The fragrance lasts for seven brews, and it also blends with the elegant fruity aroma. It is called "Lingnan Red Jade" and is suitable for brewing for a long time to appreciate its freshness.

It’s worth it

Awesome

This has become my favourite evening Huaxiang Rougui Dahongpao Oolong tea to have, and I personally prefer it as it tastes much better. It also brews quickly and produces a consistent taste every time. I also put extra leaves in the pot because the aroma is amazing.

Good purchase

This is my second time ordering Bi Luo Chun green tea from Dofotea brand, and I honestly don’t want to run out. The flavour is natural and mild, just the way I like it. I brew it using my pour-over and add a touch of sweetener, it turns out really lovely every time.

Good taste

A cup full of this rose white tea before bed, and I’m all set for a good night. This is one of the best teas, but the aroma could be a little stronger. I’m thinking of restocking it again from the Dofotea brand before I leave for London.
