Brewing instructions

You can use a ceramic covered bowl or a purple clay teapot to brew tea. The recommended ratio of tea to water is 1:25. The water temperature should be kept above 95 degrees during the entire brewing process. After the water boils, the first and second rinses are used to clean the impurities on the surface of the tea leaves and wake up the tea leaves. After the third rinse, you can officially taste the tea. Please wait 20 seconds after each rinse before pouring the tea. The tea retention time can be adjusted according to personal preference. This has become my favourite evening Huaxiang Rougui Dahongpao Oolong tea to have, and I personally prefer it as it tastes much better. It also brews quickly and produces a consistent taste every time. I also put extra leaves in the pot because the aroma is amazing.

This is my second time ordering Bi Luo Chun green tea from Dofotea brand, and I honestly don’t want to run out. The flavour is natural and mild, just the way I like it. I brew it using my pour-over and add a touch of sweetener, it turns out really lovely every time.

A cup full of this rose white tea before bed, and I’m all set for a good night. This is one of the best teas, but the aroma could be a little stronger. I’m thinking of restocking it again from the Dofotea brand before I leave for London.
