My Experience with This Dancong
When I tasted this Dancong during our selection process, I was not looking for the strongest aroma alone. What stood out to me was how clean the fragrance remained, how balanced the tea felt across repeated infusions, and how clearly the aftertaste returned after each sip.
For me, a good Dancong should become more interesting as you continue brewing it. This batch showed that kind of balance, which is why I felt confident submitting it for international evaluation.
