Brewing instructions

You can use a ceramic covered bowl or a purple clay teapot to brew tea. The recommended ratio of tea to water is 1:25. The water temperature should be kept above 95 degrees during the entire brewing process. After the water boils, brew the tea for the first and second times to clean the impurities on the surface of the tea leaves and wake up the tea leaves. After the third time, you can officially taste the tea. After each brewing, please wait 20 seconds before pouring the tea. The tea retention time can be adjusted according to personal preference. Origin and production process

Fuding white tea originated from Taimu Mountain in Fuding. It is said that Taimu Mountain was called Cai Mountain in ancient times. During the reign of Emperor Yao (2358-2257 BC), an old mother lived here and made a living by planting orchids. She was kind-hearted, generous and benevolent, and was very popular. She used the green snow bud tea she planted as a holy medicine to treat measles and saved many children. People were grateful for her virtues and worshipped her as a god, calling her Taimu, so the mountain was named Taimu Mountain. During the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, he sent his attendant Dongfang Shuo to various places to confer titles on famous mountains in the world. Taimu Mountain was then rated as the first of the 36 famous mountains in the world and officially renamed Taimu Mountain. Today, there are still green snow bud ancient tea trees that are said to have been planted by Taimu Niang herself, the original mother tree of Fuding Dabaicha, the cave where Taimu Niangniang discovered green snow buds, and the Danjing for watering green snow buds on Taimu Mountain in Fuding. More than 150 years ago (around 1857), Chen Huan, a native of Zhulantou Village, Bailiu Township (now Zhulantou Village, Guojiang Village, Diantou Town), transplanted this tea back home and bred Fuding Dabaicha. Fuding Old White Tea: refers to Fuding white tea that has been stored for many years, generally more than 3 years can be called old white tea. Production process: Fuding white tea has a unique production process, no frying or kneading, only withering and drying processes, which retains the natural ingredients of tea to the greatest extent.
